RF Power Dividers

RF Power Dividers

RF Power Divider, also known as an RF Power Splitter or Coaxial Distributor, is a passive device used to distribute an input signal into two or more output signals. It evenly distributes the input signal to each output port without introducing phase variation or signal loss. Power Dividers are commonly used in RF and microwave systems to distribute signals to multiple devices or branches, such as antenna arrays and direction finding systems.

Power Dividers typically operate based on the principles of transmission lines, transformers, or mixers. When the input signal reaches the Power Divider, it evenly distributes the signal to each output port as per the design, maintaining amplitude and phase balance.

RF Power Dividers are widely used in antenna systems, radar systems, communication systems, and other fields to fulfill the requirements of signal distribution and processing. They ensure that each part of the system receives the same signal strength, thereby enhancing system performance and stability.

Vinstronics offers Power Dividers with impedance options of 50 ohms and 75 ohms, compliant with RoHS and REACH standards. Depending on the application requirements, we provide port designs with 2-way, 3-way, 4-way, 6-way, 8-way, or 12-way configurations. We also offer connector interfaces such as 1.85mm, 2.92mm, 3.5mm, SMA, BNC, and N-type. Our Power Dividers have a frequency range of up to 65GHz and can handle power up to 100W. They exhibit low insertion loss, high isolation, and excellent amplitude and phase balance performance.
