Engineering Note
VST-CPM10MF4-01X provides a 1.0 mm male test interface on a compact four-hole flange for measurement hardware operating through 110 GHz. The solderless rear receptacle accepts an order-specific pin, allowing the connector to establish a removable RF boundary between a mmWave fixture or module and external instrumentation. Its 9.5 mm × 6.35 mm mounting pattern and 10.25 mm overall length must be included in the fixture stack-up before the launch geometry is finalized.
