18 GHz Stranded-Core Extreme High-Voltage Phase-Stable Low-Loss RF Cable W76D
P/N: W76D
- Stranded core for dynamic RF routing
- Extreme high-voltage structure for power paths
- Phase-stable transmission for precision systems
- Low PIM design for cleaner signals
- Built for flexible defense interconnects
Engineering Note
The W76D is an 18 GHz stranded-core extreme high-voltage phase-stable low-loss flexible RF coaxial cable designed for precision microwave interconnects, avionics routing, phased array radar, ECM systems, and dynamic RF assemblies where phase consistency, voltage withstand, low PIM behavior, and mechanical flexibility are required. Its silver-plated stranded copper wire inner conductor improves dynamic flexibility and fatigue resistance compared with solid-core constructions, while the 7.65 mm gray FEP jacket, LD PTFE dielectric, silver-plated copper strip inner shield, and silver-plated copper braid outer shield support stable microwave signal transmission. The cable combines DC–18 GHz operating capability, <750 PPM phase stability, 2500 V.DC dielectric withstand voltage, -155 dBc low PIM performance, >90 dB shielding effectiveness, and an extended -55 °C to +165 °C temperature range for dynamic phase-critical RF interconnect applications.
