40 GHz High-Voltage Ruggedized Phase-Stable Low-Loss RF Cable W40

P/N: W40

  • High-voltage cable for rugged RF routing
  • Phase-stable path for precision microwave systems
  • Green FEP jacket for protected identification
  • Low-loss design for 40 GHz interconnects
  • Built for avionics and ECM environments
Engineering Note
The W40 is a 40 GHz high-voltage ruggedized phase-stable low-loss flexible RF coaxial cable designed for precision microwave interconnects, avionics routing, phased array radar, ECM systems, and harsh-environment RF assemblies where phase consistency, voltage withstand, and protected routing are required. Its 4.00 mm green FEP jacket supports visual identification and ruggedized installation, while the LD PTFE dielectric, silver-plated copper inner conductor, silver-plated copper strip inner shield, and silver-plated copper braid outer shield support stable microwave signal transmission. The cable combines DC–40 GHz operating capability, <750 PPM phase stability, 1500 V.DC dielectric withstand voltage, >90 dB shielding effectiveness, and an extended -55 °C to +165 °C temperature range for rugged phase-critical RF interconnect applications.
