40 GHz High-Power High-Temperature Phase-Stable Low-Loss RF Cable W36
P/N: W36
- High-power cable for phase-critical RF paths
- Phase-stable routing for precision microwave systems
- Low-loss structure for 40 GHz interconnects
- High-temperature build for harsh environments
- Built for radar and avionics assemblies
Engineering Note
The W36 is a 40 GHz high-power high-temperature phase-stable low-loss flexible RF coaxial cable designed for precision microwave interconnects, avionics routing, phased array radar, ECM systems, and high-frequency RF assemblies where phase consistency, power handling, and extended temperature capability are required. Its 3.60 mm gray PFA jacket, LD PTFE dielectric, silver-plated copper inner conductor, silver-plated copper strip inner shield, and silver-plated copper braid outer shield support stable signal transmission in demanding microwave environments. The cable combines DC–40 GHz operating capability, <750 PPM phase stability, >90 dB shielding effectiveness, 0.075 kW average power at 40 GHz, and an extended -55 °C to +165 °C temperature range for phase-critical high-power RF interconnect applications.
