40 GHz 6-Layer High-Voltage Phase-Stable Low-Loss RF Cable W42

P/N: W42

  • 6-layer cable for rugged RF protection
  • Phase-stable path for precision microwave systems
  • High-voltage structure for demanding routing
  • Green FEP jacket for protected identification
  • Built for radar and ECM interconnects
Engineering Note
The W42 is a 40 GHz 6-layer high-voltage phase-stable low-loss flexible RF coaxial cable designed for precision microwave interconnects, avionics routing, phased array radar, ECM systems, and rugged high-frequency RF assemblies where phase consistency, voltage withstand, and enhanced cable protection are required. Its advanced 6-layer construction adds an LD PTFE interlayer between the inner shield and outer shield, improving structural protection while maintaining stable microwave transmission. The cable combines a 4.20 mm green FEP jacket, LD PTFE dielectric, silver-plated copper conductor, dual silver-plated shielding, DC–40 GHz operating capability, <750 PPM phase stability, 1500 V.DC dielectric withstand voltage, >90 dB shielding effectiveness, and an extended -55 °C to +165 °C temperature range for rugged phase-critical RF interconnect applications.
